Delivery time
Delivery time is within 7- 15 working days from the date the order is shipped. Deliveries will be made Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
You must ensure to be present at the address to receive the goods. A signature will be required when you receive the item.
Order processing
We ship your order within 1- 2 days from the order date unless otherwise stated on our top notification bar. Orders placed on weekends and some holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.

Error receiving information
If your order has been shipped and you discover that you entered incorrect shipping information, please contact us immediately so the order can be processed.
However, in some cases the order cannot arrive at your address due to incorrect information you provided, we are not responsible for this package.
