Return policy

Returns time

When you receive the goods, please check them carefully. You have 30 working days from the date of delivery to return the product to us. After 30 days we cannot refund or exchange.

Conditions for returning orders

Returned goods must meet the following conditions:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Your item must be in its original packaging.

Your item requires a receipt or proof of purchase

You need to have pictures and videos recording the status of your order.

Order cancellation time

The order cancellation deadline is 24 hours from the date you placed the order online. On collection of the Goods or on delivery to a third party, your order will not be accepted

You cannot change your order after 24 hours.

Refund option

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return shipping

In case the error is due to you or due to personal needs, you will have to bear all shipping costs when returning and this cost will not be refunded.

In case of technical errors or errors caused by the store, we will bear the shipping costs for you.

Damaged/defective goods

We really want to bring the best quality to customers. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us via email and attach a photo.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refund or exchange. But if the above time has passed, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange the product.

Refund conditions

You have completed all valid payments for that product

The product is unused and intact, not damaged due to your fault

Your item requires a receipt or proof of purchase

Refund method

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will include the purchase price of the item(s) less any shipping fees, discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase.

Late or missing refunds

Once we receive your return parcel, we will process your package. Once your refund has been issued, please wait for it to process and appear on your bank statement.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
